Subscription and plans in VisualMaker¶

VisualMaker offers a free plan with many features available from the start. However, the resources you can use are limited. If you need more capacity, you can upgrade to a higher plan to get unlimited resources and all features unlocked.

What are resources in VisualMaker?¶

Executions: Each action in your bots (pressing a button, sending a command, etc.) consumes one execution.
Broadcasting: Messages sent to all users of your bot. Each message counts as a broadcast.

How to check your current subscription?¶

Go to @VisualMakerBot → 💳 Subscription, or use the command /subscription.

Is the free plan forever?¶

Yes, it has a 30-day validity. At the end of the period, your resources will be reset.

What happens if you run out of resources?¶

Your bots will stop responding if you exhaust a critical resource (like executions). To fix this you have several options:

Wait for the monthly reset.
Upgrade to the premium subscription to have unlimited resources that never run out.
Purchase an extra resource package, which has no expiration date and can be used anytime. More information here.

How to upgrade the subscription plan?¶

Go to @VisualMakerBot → 💳 Subscription → 💎 View plans 💎.
Select the desired plan and click 💳 Subscribe 💳.
Choose the duration (10% discount for 6 months, 30% for 12 months).
Select the cryptocurrency for payment. Ensure you have sufficient funds in your wallet.

Which bots does my subscription apply to?

The subscription, free or paid, applies to all your bots.
Automatic renewal:

The subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel it beforehand. Configure the currency for renewal here:

@VisualMakerBot → ⚙️ Settings → 📓 Currencies → ⏳ Renew subscription ⏳.

Canceling or reactivating your subscription¶

To cancel:
- Go to @VisualMakerBot → 💳 Subscription → 💎 View plans 💎.
- Select your plan and click ❌ Cancel subscription ❌.
- Your subscription will remain active until it expires, but it will not renew.
To reactivate:
- Follow the same steps and select ♻️ Reactivate subscription ♻️.

Canceling only prevents automatic renewal; your active subscription remains valid until its term ends.
